It works great. Thank you very much.

Hi Dave,
I have one more question 🙂 The “Read More” button in the feature box is too small if I browse the site with a smart phone. The site is in german, the string “Read More” is translated to “Weiterlesen”. The Button will be displayed:
“Weiterles” – new line – “en”.
Can this be improved? Btw.: I use the button also at other places without problems.Best Regards

Hello Dave,
Maybe I made something wrong with my post from last week. So I repeat my question from last week:I purchased the Healing Touch Pro theme.
Now I published the site and I saw the following: The ‘Read More’ buttons of the featured boxes are correct centered, if I browse the site with Firefox. But they are left-justified, if I open the page with the Chrome Browser or with MS- Internet Explorer.
What can I do to have the buttons centered with all browsers?Best Regards

Hi Dave,
Thank you again for your support! Now I want to translate the “search” widget
to german (and “Search for…” and the result string). I have q-translate x installed but this does not translate the search widget. Do I have to change a php file again?Best Regards

Hi Dave,
Thank you for your support!
Your proposals work good. But what can I do to avoid that the post will be shown on the footer?Best Regards

Hi Dave,
Sorry, the homepage I’m preparing is still on a PC running under xampp. I will need at least 4 weeks to move it up to the server. I could send you a screenshot of the post showing my issue. Otherwise I have to wait until the site is uploaded.
But : Isn’t there a general wordpress or better a theme option which defines the look of posts? For instance I have already the following line to suppress “Edit” in my style.css:.post-edit-link{display:none;}
Best Regards

Hi Dave,
Thank you very much. I meant the “Read More” buttons in the Homepage sliders.
Changing “Read More” in index.php seams to change only the buttons in the featured boxes in “Sections”.Best Regards

Hello Shri,
I have still the problem that my homepage is in german but in the sliders and in the blue home boxes I have “Read More” buttons in english. You wrote that you plan to update the theme but I didn’t got a update notification by now.
1. Will there be an update soon or can I change the buttons otherwise?
2. I have a child theme. Will an update of the theme work with a child theme? Will the changes made to “Custom CSS” get lost after an update?Best Regards

March 1, 2016 at 7:50 pm in reply to: Featured Box – position of Read More button (theme: Healing touch) #24969Hello Shri,
You probably didn’t received my questions from last week. This is the copy of it:
“Hello Shri,First, thank you for your help some day ago. I had to be some days offline.
I had the same issue with the featured boxes and the css code to Theme Options>Basic Settings>Custom CSS box helped me too.
Now I have a general question. You wrote that soon an update of the healing touch pro theme will offer more options e.g. to change the “Read More” text. To avoid issues after a theme update I created a child theme. But if I make changes to the Custom CSS box, will they get lost after the theme update? Or will I benefit from the theme update because of my “derived” child theme?”Further questions: Do you know when a theme update containing the “Read More”
text in the buttons of the featured boxes is available. Or do you have another solution. How can I change the size of the main logo? It will be shown very small.
Best Regards
Matthias

Hello Shri,
will the plugin translate also the “Read More” buttons in the
home boxes (I need the buttons in german)?
Btw. How can I remove the “Contact form” which appears
always on my pages?Best Regards
Matthias
Hi Shri,
Thank you for the quick response. Yes, the homepage boxes are visible now.
Best Regards

Hello,
I also purchased the theme healing touch pro and I also have problems with the blue home boxes (featured boxes?. After installing the pro-theme the boxes were still visible.
I think they became invisible after clicking “Save Option”s in the Theme Options submenue, but I’m not totally shure. I tried to follow your instructions but I never found a way by now to make them visible.
Please help, the featured boxes are one of the reasons I selected this theme.Best Regards
Matthias
