What is the trick to getting a ninja form to display with your theme. Here is another page with a Ninja form. http://premier-cpr.deltronix.net/class-registration.html . The form does not display. It is the EXACT SAME coding that is on the contact us page except for the different Ninja form. When I place the SAME Coding that is on the contact page, with the same form, on the class registration page, it also does not display.

I noticed you change a php file and some css. Can you tell me what I need to do ??
