For some reason, the shortcode is not functioning on all pages. For example, it is working on this page
http://earthyinsight.com/index.php/all-posts/product-awareness/but it is not working on this page
http://earthyinsight.com/index.php/all-posts/it is also not working in category pages (in the sidebar there is a widget titled categories if you click to those pages the customization is not functioning)

Yes thank you. Everything has now been resolved for the featured image and recent posts.
I am wondering however, if there is a guide on how to manipulate the recent post shortcode supplied by SKT for the girlie theme. If not, would someone be able to explain to me how i can manipulate the shortcode myself?

I sent an email to SKT with login credentials and an explanation of the issue. I have not received a reply of any kind, nor has anything been adjusted. I am starting to really doubt the integrity of SKT themes and do not think I will be referring them to anyone, at least not at this point.Last time i sent an email to support it was ignored. As such, can you please tell me exactly what you mean by admin details in case I misunderstood?
Then why does it work in the lite version for posts? As I said I do not want to have to insert them into the post using the add media function because it interferes with SEO optimization. Why would it this be a feature in the lite version and not the pro version..i I paid money for more features, not less.
Thanks I will send that email. However, I believe you misunderstood what I meant about header image. I realize I was using the wrong vocabulary. I do not want the featured image in the header of the page, but I do want the featured image to appear at the top of the posts. For some reason they do not appear in the post.
here is an example. Now I believe there are two ways to fix this.
1 there is a coding error somewhere preventing the images from appearing on my website.
2 I add the images manually to the top of the post and change the coding for my related posts so that the image does not appear twice in the post description.
