I’m sorry, but i dont understood what u said.

What should i do to make it work?

If i import the xml without select “Download and import file attachments” i receive a message saying that all uploads has falled.
if i select “Download and import file attachments” the page crashs.

Just scroll down and click at the words ““websites”, “redes sociais” or “campanhas””, by some reason they have an hyperlink. but i didn’t made it, and i want to remove.

Hello, thank you, i understood how to do now.

But this cyclone plugin, do not allow me to remove “pause and play options”
then i was trying to add the plugin named Smart Slider 3, but there’s a conflict with the Black and White theme.
With the theme activated the slider keeps loading and never show the image or video.
but if i deactivate the theme, it works fine. How can i fix that?
