As seen in the right sidebar, this information should be only on the Links page. This same information is now found on every page. The pages used to have their own images and text and were different on each page. The Widgets area no longer allows for selecting which image and text should go on which page.

I delete a lot of the images and texts that were found on the right sidebar. In the right sidebar in every page (except the homepage), you will see the same image and a long list of links.
An example of what should be occurring is that the right sidebar on the links page should show the links and a different image. The same image and list of links should not be showing on the other pages.
Relatively new to using WordPress and the themes from SKT Themes, the support has really been responsive and extremely helpful.
The code did allow me to modify the font color and position of the Text circled in RED, but did not give me any way of modifying the Text circled in BLUE. I tried changing the h3 to h1, h2, and h4, but still not changes can be made.
I ended up using a Contact plugin and find that it will work for me. If you do have an answer that i can follow / steps, i would still like to see what changes to the widget or coding i would need to do to make the Contact form associated with the theme work.

If I need to provide access to the account (login information) so that you can modify the area that needs to be modified, I would rather have you tell me where modifications need to be done (steps where to place what, etc…) so that I can see the method and learn how to do this.

Recent subscriber to the use of Sktthemes and the forum. Have had a few questions on modifying the theme settings and found the help to be fast, easy to follow and allowed me to make the changes that I wanted to do.
