    I restored defaults and it came back…

    Also, can you tell me how to make the content and sidebars white? the header will turn white but the rest of the boxes just turn gray when I select white. Sorry to double up.

    not anytime around when the background stopped working, no. I was just posting to the blog when it happened.

    Thank you for the suggestions. I am looking more for a way to add image based ads though so I appreciate you looking more into this.
