I am happy to know that you were able to resolve the issue and able to log in to the site.
I’m confused. Please help clarify. How is it customization when the screen is unable to be viewed? I removed all plugins and that didn’t change it. I installed a new theme and the issue went away. It appears to be theme-related and not a customization issue. What was creating the issue?
The heading font that you have for the theme crosses into other elements.
The placeholder on the front page does not contain any elements.
These appear to be theme issues.
Please advise.

I am a Pro/Paid customer and am waiting for assistance. The password I sent you several days ago does work. We have tested it.
The pages on my site are blocked by a large pink bar on computer monitors, as seen above. The other issues are outstanding as well.

SheenWe have been able to log on to the site using the credentials I emailed to you yesterday. Your theme is broken. If we change to a new theme, none of the pages are blocked by the pink bar.

As I have mentioned in my emails this week, having my site down is causing me to lose income. The pages/posts are not viewable from a computer.
When can someone on your team focus on the issues I have reported and find resolutions?

Have you received the passwords I have sent you to [email protected]? You have been able to log on in the past without issues. Nothing is preventing you from logging in.

I have emailed you several times since 7/12. There is no security plugin and I have more issues.
Please get into the site and help correct them. In addition to the sections not working if I change the order of the posts, ALL of my pages now are pink, the spacing on the front page is incorrect, the placeholder on the front page is incorrect.

Is there a mobile application for this theme too? When I view it from my phone, I only see a list of blog posts rather than my home page.

Yes, I know. However, now no matter what font I choose they all look the same. Now what do I do?

No matter what font I change it to, the only font that looks different is Pacifico. All the other fonts look identical when I publish them.
