Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.phnarea span::before, .appointment span::before { display:none;}
.phnarea a { margin-left:0;}
.appointment a { margin-right:0;}

Kindly replace given files in to theme folder.

custom-style.php file : Kindly go to theme folder > sktframe > core-functions.php
core-functions.php file : Kindly go to theme folder > templates > custom-style.php

After replace this file kindly delete error_log file and check.
