In a “SKT Page Builder” there is no option to set section heading tags, Here tags are defined in a files this are not changeable.

For setup WooCommerce sidebar Kindly go to Admin > Appearance > Widgets > WooCommerce Page Sidebar from here you can set sitebar only for WooCommerce Pages : https://nimb.ws/GvFrsE

.skt-login-register-box .skt-login-register-form-extras div:nth-child(2) {
  display: none;
}

After that go to Dashboard » Pages and set Register page status to draft.
