Hi,
1. The product search form will only allow search by product name. To enable search by sku you have to use some plugins.
2. Unfortunately you can not rename SKU.

Theme is working absolutely fine, the issue is jetpack cdn stopped working and yes you can contact them for their cdn issue.

The tiled gallery uses jetpack cdn and as you know the jetpack cdn is not working therefore you have to convert the gallery in Thumbnail Grid type by editing them.
