These no possibility to add any portfolio’s sidebar.
I think that you should add this function on my theme.
As regard, I can give you access to our dashboard and you can add it.

The issue is that the solar-energy-3.0 doesn’t show it due to a bug.

i would that WooCommerce sidebar appears only on WooCommerce pages.
Please note that if i swith to solar-energy-6.0 the WooCommerce sidebar appears correctly, so it means that this is a bug of the solar-energy-3.0 theme.https://ibb.co/bXYc9vf
