However this theme is done using new framework so homepage and the font, color changes will have to be done again. Rest inner pages would remain.

It is actually a trigger based alert from our chat.
When chat is offline it still triggers the alert but you are unable to see it because the chat is offline.

ShriFatal errors happen due to plugin gone corrupt.
Kindly disable plugin folder and check if it works fine.
If it does then activate plugins one by one and check which one is causing this issue.

Elementor Pro and ACF both our theme does not uses.
If the theme has some problems in this case we can suggest you to not use header/footer scripts (disable them selectively for that particular page) to have it working fine.
We tried but seems some scripts used in theme is not working hence its better to have those pages load without other theme scripts.

3 years a lot changes and hence the renewal is required to get theme updates.

Footer area is widget friendly.
So you can remove the one part which we have and replace it with widget having font awesome icons and text.

You can use a plugin called: Cherry Sidebars and show the blog sidebar in any page of your choice if that is something you were asking.
