Elementor Pro and ACF both our theme does not uses.
If the theme has some problems in this case we can suggest you to not use header/footer scripts (disable them selectively for that particular page) to have it working fine.
We tried but seems some scripts used in theme is not working hence its better to have those pages load without other theme scripts.

3 years a lot changes and hence the renewal is required to get theme updates.

Footer area is widget friendly.
So you can remove the one part which we have and replace it with widget having font awesome icons and text.

You can use a plugin called: Cherry Sidebars and show the blog sidebar in any page of your choice if that is something you were asking.

Try asking the host to raise the limits in php.ini to the following:
memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300

Okay https issue causes it when admin is in https and front end still in http.
You need to change the whole site to https.
Then it will start loading again.
