Hey,

Have resolved all the theme check errors except a few warnings which mostly show up when using a free theme since in pro/paid themes we add some of the plugin functionalities and post types as well as shortcodes for added functionality.

Those warnings can’t be removed however the rest were fixed.

Mostly the theme check is not a criteria nor a method to judge a theme and is just a tool used to screen free themes for WordPress repository submissions and major themes in paid arena do not align or care about theme check or its criteria.

It has no effects on SEO nor ranking of your website neither functionality as well.

Each theme comes with its own documentation and is not managed via section but some managed using SKT Builder while others using Elementor and some using theme options as well.

Best way is to check documentation.
