Kindly check Appearance>Widgets and then set up widget in Footer Widget 2. It will replace default recent posts and replace with your plugin widget.

Appearance>Theme Options>Sections>they are working using shortcodes. Use them anywhere and change the text and image.
You don’t need a page template for it. And then you can have full width page template for it.
We think its a good idea we will have a template in next version named Animation which will help animate sections again in another homepage version.

Pro version of the theme uses shortcodes, opacity, background, complex features which free doesn’t have and even if we want framework saves the options separately for pro and free version. Hence you just have to set up the homepage slideshow and the opacity and background options.

Answers:
1. In Appearance>Theme Options>Sections>Remove Section id. It will get removed from the top menu. By the way you can also have menu (primary menu) via Appearance>Menus and then make it primary menu.
2. 1920 width. height can be anything.

Animation effects i guess don’t repeat but section shortcodes do show up just like same as homepage.

Download the above plugin and use this widget instead of ours default and you can limit the posts to whatever number you want.
