Actually we didn’t upgrade SKT White Pro so wondering how some message like this appears.

Kindly do one thing go to Appearance>Theme Options>Sections and within section class of the first one: remove it and save options and check whether it works fine. If it doesn’t let us know.

ShriYes shortcodes should work in SKT Black Pro. So not sure. Kindly send us the an email with WordPress admin details and your url of the website.

The gallery on homepage is using shortcode from within sections. So check Appearance>Theme Options>Sections
And check the shortcode of gallery there.
And use full width page template and use the same gallery shortcode and you should be able to replicate the homepage page gallery in inner page.

Resolved the issue.
Given you re-access to the theme till 30th April. Kindly download the theme from here:
sktthemes.net/my-account (use forgot password in case you forgot)Theme Instructions after download:
Kindly visit Appearance>Themes>Activate some other theme for the time being.
Then click on old Pro theme and delete it. Don’t worry deleting the theme doesn’t delete its settings at all.
Then visit Appearance>Themes>Add New and upload the zip you just downloaded of the new theme.
And Activate.
That’s it. Hope you enjoy the updated latest theme.

Sorry for this. Usually we try to resolve every customer issue. Again apologize but we couldn’t solve it.
header.php line no: 68 to 94 = js code for the homepage slider.
style.css line no. 829 to last line = css code for the slider.
If you are able to resolve just let us know how.

Updated the slider as well. No all previous changes remain in the theme.

ShriDefault primary sidebar. So kindly check Appearance>Widgets and the default sidebar shows us. So change the primary widget and it should remove the sidebar from services page and show what you want.
Do you want to use full width pages in these 2 pages?

ShriIt shouldn’t work actually at all. Not sure how it works. Give us a week’s time we will change the slider and contact back with you for the upgrade.
