Ahh ok great you figured it out… 🙂
Hi Rubin,
Kindly check background under theme options under appearance section in admin.
You can set up a background image from within there. Also you can set up independent background images from within each page by selecting the featured image.
Let us know if it solves the problem.
Hi Jordan,
Its simple. All you need to do is go to widgets under appearance in admin section. Click on footer widget 3.
Remove the widget we have and add a text widget instead and add this code:
<h3 class="company-title">Full Width</h3>
<p>123 Some Street</p>
<p>California USA</p>
<p><strong>Phone :</strong> 100 2000 300</p>
<p><strong>Fax :</strong> 200 3000 400</p>
<p><strong>Email :</strong> [email protected]</p>Similarly in contact us page as well you can place this code and use default page template instead of contact us template.
Hi Jerri,
Yes we solved this in latest PRO version. Sorry about that. Kindly send us the wordpress admin username and password on [email protected] and we will solve it quickly for you.
Hi Jerri,
For setting up blog page all you need to do is create a page named blog and select from page templates blog page.
Now by clicking on appearance>menus you can add blog to the menu items to show in the menu section.
For having title My “A” Dog on the top instead of logo all you need to do is go to theme options under appearance and remove the logo.
It will start showing your title of the site.
If this is difficult for you send us username and password for wordpress admin at [email protected]
Regards,
ShriHi Aaron,
Sorry for any misunderstanding. Both PRO and free versions allow for logo upload. However recently WordPress changed the rule to show the name of the site given in general settings to show instead of logo as default. Hence in free version unless logo is uploaded we show the name of the site.
In case you want this to be applied into PRO as well for you kindly send us your wordpress admin details at [email protected]
I will get this done by coder for you at the earliest.

ShriHi,
It is quite easy. All you need to do is click on Portfolio within admin panel and click on any existing portfolio item.
When inside you will see video url link area. Where you can place link of youtube video or vimeo video and in front end if anyone clicks on that image it will pop up to show the video.
If still not clear send us your wordpress details and we will show you one.

ShriHi,
We tested extensively on windows xp and ie8 browser and it appears that after a wait time of 1-2 seconds the site does appear completely. Initially it shows a blank screen and then it appears. It appears however fine on windows 7 ie8.
IE8 is largely used only by windows xp users and windows xp has been discontinued. So rather than fixing this for IE8 you should add a javascript like your browser is old and incompatible. Kindly upgrade to latest version of browser just like Facebook gives a message when using IE8.

ShriHi,
Issue was resolved. Problem was there was post type with name services as well as a page with name services. So we just changed the slug of services to our-services to resolve the issue.
Will check by tomorrow and let you know what can be done.
Will reply back by tomorrow with the update
It seems like a problem with your permalink and htaccess and not theme problem. Kindly send us username and password of WordPress admin and as well as ftp details on [email protected]
And we can check the same.
Hi,
Are you using windows xp and ie8. Because we couldn’t replicate the problem.
Hi James,
We did check in IE8 and on the first time it didn’t appear then on 2nd refresh it does appear fine with slider not working. Kindly confirm the same and then we can apply a hack for ie8 to double refresh.
Hi James,
Sorry for the trouble. We will check it and solve the bug. Give us 3-4 days.
Regards,
