    We downloaded the zip you all supplied in our account at SKT Themes. We ran the install and it was a nightmare and messed up everything. The website looked terrible. I mean ruined every page…thus we ran a backup and the site is back to normal PHEW!

    All we want to stop the use of the nivo slider. Can you all just supply us with a css code snippet to kill the slider on the home page and entire site. SEO seems to suffer with using slider we have learned. Thx!

    After further investigation, we see the front page slider is supposed to have been part of our upgraded to GRAVIDA PRO purchase and is not in the appearance / customize area. After looking more closely as documentation our PRO admin area is not the PRO but the basic version. Even when theme installed says PRO. Why? Please advise why we paid for the PRO version and do not have the PRO admin items which should have been included?

    We did not realize forum questions required yearly support subscriptions. No where else is this the case. Very disappointing.
