I figured out that it is the placeholder for the Featured image. I found the page rightsidebar_single_template.php page and I deleted the line <div class=”post-single-img”><?php echo the_post_thumbnail(); ?></div> from the page and reuploaded the page. (I made a back up copy of the page)

Can you give me a better solution not to have the Featured Image, if not used, will not cause this issue?

Thanks, it worked. I just noticed that the inner banner has the same white gap under the header. How can I get rid of that gap?
